How much does Shipping Cost?
In the cart/checkout page you can enter your postal code and the shipping cost will appear, plus the estimated delivery time. Please remember that once you start adding more products to your order the overall cost can change and you can see this in the Checkout Page.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We do offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 in total value of products, after any discounts to most areas in the Continental USA. There are certain bulky products excluded from this offer and some that can not be shipped at all.
Hawaii is excluded in this Free Shipping Offer – but we try to keep the shipping charge at the basic cost that the couriers charge us.
How long do you take to Ship my Order?
We try to verify and check all orders as soon as we can. Most orders that are placed before 2pm (Central Time) should be fulfilled same-day but can take up to 1 full business day during busy periods, such as holidays or the weeks leading up to. Any orders placed after this cutoff time or on weekends will be fulfilled the following business day. Priority & express shipping services do not automatically include Saturday delivery.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Couriers collect from our Dallas area warehouse every day. The indicated Shipping Time in the checkout for your area is an indication and guide or estimate only, as this is provided to us by the courier companies.
Where is my Order – Why hasn't it arrived yet?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order, and its progress. If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, we recommend that you track it first using the information emailed to you.
Can I pick my Order Up?
Yes! Make sure to indicate at which location you would like to pick up your order during the checkout process.
Can I change or Cancel my Order?
If your order has not been verified and already picked by our warehouse; yes, you can. You should email us with the changes you require ASAP so we can manually process the changes and contact you. Once your order details have been sent to the courier, we cannot stop the package.
Who do you use to Ship my Order?
We try to offer you the best and lowest cost shipping options; no matter where you live in the continental USA. We offer a few different shipping services between FedEx, UPS & USPS.
